Exhibits

Feast your eyes on the following exhibits.
We are very fortunate to be able to offer
you all of these calligraphic delights.
You won't have to walk very far to see them.
Bring plenty of film!

FACULTY EXHIBIT
Hamilton-Williams Campus Center
Atrium — 2nd and 3rd floors

You'll be able to see this exhibit daily as you do your
shopping at John Neal Bookstore, Paper & Ink Arts supply store,
the Scribe Store and the Commercial Vendors.

RICHARD M. ROSS MUSEUM
Galleries A, B & C
This newly renovated gallery on Sandusky Street is just a
short walk from the Campus Center. This beautiful setting is a
dramatic backdrop highlighting three of our week-long exhibits.
It can be a frequent stop on the way to your dorm, classes
or to take in the American Greetings exhibit at Edgar Hall Gallery.

FRIEDRICH NEUGEBAUER
Richard M. Ross Museum
Gallery C

We are deeply honored that Friedrich Neugebauer
has agreed to this retrospective exhibit of his works.
Many originals and reproductions, never before seen
in America, will be an inspiration to the soul.

ILLUMINATED MANUSCRIPTS
Richard M. Ross Museum
Gallery A

Entering the museum, you will be greeted
by manuscripts that span the centuries.
This rare collection, assembled by Charles E. Puckett,
will have originals on display and for purchase.
This is your opportunity to see and own a piece of history.

ZANER-BLOSER
Richard M. Ross Museum
Gallery B

This exhibit spotlights those individuals who can trace
their roots back to the Zaner-Bloser
School of Penmanship in Columbus, Ohio.
These works of art were created in the early
half of the 20th century, when penmanship reigned.

AMERICAN GREETINGS
Edgar Hall Gallery — 1st floor
This exhibit will take you on a trip
through American Greetings and the development
of this Ohio-based greeting card company.
Personal artwork by the lettering staff will be included.

LEANA FAY TRIBUTE
Beeghly Library — Bayley Room - 2nd floor
After viewing the participants' exhibit
on the first floor, just hop on the elevator or
walk up a flight of stairs to celebrate
the life and works of Leana Fay (1936-2001).
Upon entering this gallery, one has the hushed feeling
of stepping into a chapel complete with hardwood floors
and stained glass windows. A perfect reflection
of her strong faith and trust in the Lord.

PARTICIPANTS' EXHIBIT
Beeghly Library — 1st floor
Just across the courtyard from the Campus Center,
participants are welcome to bring an unframed piece,
to hang and display the entire week of the conference.
This is a self-hanging exhibit.
